WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING? 

Wellness coaching is motivational, inspiring, positive and action driven; helping you look at where you are now and where you would like to be and bridging the gap. By raising awareness and encouraging you to take responsibility for your life, coaching can help you rise to their own particular challenge and go further than ever thought possible.

  

WHAT IS MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY?

My coaching philosophy is based upon the belief that each person has he inner resources needed to create more fulfilling lives.  Sessions are designed to unlock those resources and empower the individual to achieve all their health and wellness goals.

  

HOW DO I CONDUCT MY SESSIONS?

Coaching can take place over the phone or face to face and are approximately 1 hour.  A meeting will be arranged for weekly or monthly sessions for a duration that varies from person to person.  During that time the Coach will establish an issue with the client and encourage them, with a series of questions to set a goal.  Together they will explore various options that might enable the client to step nearer to their goal.

  

WHO BENEFITS FROM A WELLNESS COACH?

People who benefit from a Wellness Coach are well functioning individuals.  They are people from many walks of life who have one thing in common- they believe that more is possible in their lives.  Coaching is for anyone who has accepted their past, has taken responsibility for their life and are ready to move forward into their future!
