THE PROCESS

My coaching program is founded on five stages. See below for details:

Stage 1 – Clarify

Get clear. Look at where you are now and where you want to be so we can bridge that gap. Expect to come away feeling excited about your future and the possibilities.

Stage 2 – Explore

Notice and focus. What steps do you need to take and where you need to take them? Expect to feel challenged as we will be venturing outside of your comfort zone.

Stage 3 – Target

Identify and design. Create a customized action plan that addresses your unique needs, wants and lifestyle goals. This is tailored to you to ensure your success.

Stage 4 – Action

Talk is cheap. Put it to action by staying motivated and on track through regular follow-ups. I won’t settle for anything but your best and neither will you.

Stage 5 – Achieve

Assess and celebrate. Feel great about your success and feel empowered to make other changes. You have come a long way and deserve to enjoy your achievements.
