7 Ways to Use Powerful Intentions to Attract What You Want

Powerful IntentionsIntentions are powerful things.  Don’t you think?

They can align you with your dreams and remind you of what you want so you can make amazing things happen.

They are a powerful way to attract the right people, places and things into your life so you can live the life you really want. 

But can it really be that simple?

 

Here Are My 7 Ways to Work with Powerful Intentions:

1 – Make it About You

Intentions begin with statements that are personal to you. For example “I am” or “My intention is”. The purpose of an intention is that the focus remains on you and what you intend to do. Intentions can’t work to control others, they only help you manifest your own dreams.

2 – Focus on the End Result

What is it that you want to ultimately achieve? Your intentions should reflect the OUTCOME you are trying to accomplish as if you have already accomplished it. Say it loudly and proudly as if you have already achieved your dream!

3 – How You Feel

When stating your intention try to focus on your desired feelings. What will you FEEL like when you have accomplished your goal? This is one of the most powerful ways to manifest things into your life.

4 – Make It a Habit

Intentions are helpful if you create a habit of doing them week or daily. It’s so easy to get caught up in your busy life and lose sight of what your overall goals are. Making this a habit is a great way to stay focused on the bigger picture of your life.

5 – Do it After a Meditation

The best time to state your intentions is after meditation because your mind is more at peace and relaxed. If you don’t practice meditation, it’s okay. You can still have intentions work for you – try them first thing in the morning instead!

6 – Focus on What You Want

Forget what you don’t want and focus on what you do want. If you focus on lack you will only get more lack. Focus on what you do want and you will see magic happen.

7 – Now Let Go

Attachment to an outcome can make you feel fearful and insecure so after you have done the previous steps now it’s time to let go. By detaching yourself from the outcome, you have a deeper belief in yourself and the natural order of things.  Letting go will allow you to let the good stuff in…
