Healthy Habits at the YWCA

I am teaming up with UBC and the YWCA to help those with a BMI of 35 and over to develop healthy habits.    Do you know someone who falls in this category and is ready to adopt a life long plan of better eating and exercise?   Please forward them the information.  This FREE 12 week program targets individuals needing help with motivation, exercise, nutrition, and personal support.  I will be offering Wellness Workshops on goal setting, self-talk and meditation.
